Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the mechanical design, development, assembly, and debugging of new products or new features;
2. Responsible for the selection of standard components, as well as the issuance and archiving of product design documentation;
3. Responsible for the testing of mechanical structure performance, reliability, and other related assessments;
4. Responsible for handling and following up on issues encountered during on-site debugging;
5. Complete the writing of related patents.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Design, Automation, Mechatronics, or related fields;
2. At least 3 years of experience in the design of automated equipment projects;
3. Strong mechanical design capabilities, proficient in using CAD software such as SolidWorks and AutoCAD, and possess strong hands-on abilities;
4. Have a sense of responsibility and good communication and comprehension skills, capable of completing project tasks independently, and have a team spirit;
5. Priority will be given to candidates with experience in the design of semiconductor automation equipment, high-precision motion components, and high/low-temperature automation equipment.

Job Responsibilities:

1. According to the production plan, complete the assembly and debugging of products on time to ensure that production tasks are completed on schedule;
2. Strictly implement the production process documents to ensure that the completed product installation and debugging meet the requirements of the process documents and quality management system;
3. Capable of making reasonable suggestions on the working methods and methods of the process, and the 5S on-site, to help improve the process operations to be more efficient and simple;
4. Capable of working with others to jointly complete production tasks, and can assist others in completing related work, participate in relevant skill training according to production needs;
5. Pay great attention to on-site management, civilized production, and safe production, and seriously implement the "5S" work;
6.Complete various work tasks assigned by the leadership.

Qualifications:

1. Major in mechanical, mechatronics, electronics and related fields is preferred, with a college degree or above;
2. Have some experience in the assembly or debugging of automated equipment;
3. Have good hands-on ability;
4. Outstanding fresh graduates are also acceptable.
